Sheet n°19 of the 2017-2019 province-commune partnership in the Province of Namur (Wallonia, Belgium) provides a financial contribution to patrons and their municipality. The total production costs, which are difficult to assess before the entire reflection process, can then be covered at a rate of 50% for both parties.
